After effects of military service and training in a soldier’s life

This paper reviews the possible after-effects of military training given by Sri Lankan Army to recruits and existing army personnel who would like be promoted next stage hierarchy. It is considered that a major task in as promotes from within develops its leaders rather than selecting them outside their ranks.
